Domestic Track and Trace / Go to International Track and Trace

To check the delivery status of your package, firstly determine whether you have a Prepaid Ticket or Satchel, Charge label or a Customer printed label, complete the appropriate fields and then click on the button to track. If you are unsure what to put in the specific tracking fields, click on [Show example ticket] and an example will be displayed.

Select the item you wish to track from the options below. If you are not sure what type of item you have you can click on the ticket images below for more information and examples.

      To search for your item: Enter the code and number from your Ticket or Express Pack Satchel. (eg: PE 09999658) and then click 'Track My Item'.

      Courier Tickets/Packs

      If you are unsure as to which code/number to enter, please take a close look at the image on the right:

      yellow icon The code highlighted in yellow is the ticket product code. For the label on the right it is PE.

      red icon The number highlighted in red is the ticket number. For the label on the right it is 09999658.

    • To search for your item: Enter your account number and Consignment Number from your Ticket. (eg: 999965899 and 1234567890) and then click 'Track My Item'.

      Customer Printed Labels

      If you are unsure as to which code/number to enter, please take a close look at the image on the right:

      yellow icon The code highlighted in yellow is the company A/C number. For the label on the right it is 999965899.

      red icon The number highlighted in red is the consignment number. For the label on the right it is 1234567890.

      Charge Labels

      Contract Bags

      yellow icon To track a consignment note, simply enter the number highlighted in yellow under the bar code.

      In this case the number would be 00007804.
